I've been asked about this T-Shirt so many times... Basically, I printed about 20 of these in 1982 for the band and members of the 'Death Squad' as "fuck the adicts" had become a bit of a chant at Destructors gigs, following a 'falling out' with the band The Adicts ...which, to be honest, no one can remember what about anymore!
The original t-shirts were designed and printed (by hand, on the kitchen table) by their mate Chris Lovell (now frontman of the current line up -Destructors 82)
If you look at the photo's, the only known surviving t-shirt of those original ones (belonging to Guitarist Gizz) is pictured. Chris has reproduced his original design with a few tweaks (yes... it does look like a proper bowler hat now!)
